Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains how KyroProcess collects and uses personal data: when you visit kyroprocess.com, when you book a call or email us, and when we contact you or introduce you to another business. It also explains your rights.
In short: we only work with business contact details. We use them to find companies that need a provider and to make introductions both sides have agreed to. We never sell personal data. You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your data, at any time by emailing hello@kyroprocess.com.
1. Who we are
KyroProcess is operated by KYRO L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We decide how and why your personal data is used, which makes us the "controller" under data protection law.
Contact for anything in this policy: hello@kyroprocess.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you visit our website
- Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider records this in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
- Your cookie choice, stored in your browser. We use no analytics or advertising cookies unless you allow them. See our Cookie Policy.
When you book a call or contact us
- Name, email address, company and anything you write to us, so we can reply, hold the call and follow up. Bookings are handled by cal.com. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
When we contact you about a possible introduction
Our business is finding companies that need a provider and introducing them to firms that can do the work. To do that we use business contact data:
- Your name, job title, company, work email address and professional profile links.
- Public information about your company, such as funding rounds, hiring, expansions, filings and news.
We get this from public sources (company websites, public registers such as SEC filings, news and professional networks) and from business data providers we use for prospecting and email verification. We use it to decide whether an introduction could be relevant to you and to send you a short business email about it.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering relevant business introductions. We only contact people in a professional role about matters related to that role. Every email tells you how to opt out, and if you do, we stop.
When we make an introduction
- Before an introduction, we share only general details: industry, location, need, scope and timing. We share your name and contact details with the other side only after you have agreed to the introduction.
- If you are a provider who works with us, we keep the records needed to deliver and invoice our service, such as contracts, invoices and payment records. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations for accounting and tax.
3. Who we share data with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with:
| Who | Why |
|---|---|
| The other party in an introduction | Only after you have agreed to be introduced |
| Website hosting | To deliver this website |
| Email and outreach tools (for example Instantly, Simply.com, Google Workspace) | To send, receive and manage business emails |
| Business data and enrichment providers (for example Connector OS) | To find relevant companies and verify work email addresses |
| Scheduling (cal.com) | To book calls |
| AI tools | To help research companies and draft and organise our emails |
| Payment and banking providers | To take payments from clients and keep financial records |
| Professional advisers and authorities | Where needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons, or when required by law |
These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and many of our providers are in the United States. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long we keep data
- Prospecting data: up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we start working together.
- If you opt out: we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we never contact you again.
- Client, contract and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, typically 5 to 7 years.
- Server logs: as set by our hosting provider, usually a few weeks.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU and UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or US state privacy laws), you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to our use of it, including for direct marketing. When you object to marketing, we always stop.
- Ask us to restrict how we use it, or to send it to you or another company in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent you have given, such as for cookies, at any time.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email hello@kyroprocess.com. We reply within one month. We do not sell or "share" personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in California law.
7. Security
We use reputable providers, access controls and secure connections to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
8. Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
